Air conditioning, Airbnb and GPS have certainly helped us survive the annual family adventure!
Thanksgiving 2018, found me and my family celebrating the holiday with my wife’s family in Crystal Beach, Texas.
Cowboys riding their horses by the surf with the locals riding golf carts on the beach is how Texans on Bolivar Peninsula, Texas give thanks.
Nothing beats a beach house “57 Steps to Sea” which was our holiday experience.

Giving thanks for plentiful food and drink, life in the slow lane, awaking to orange and red colored sunrises, a full moon over the Gulf of Mexico as we gathered around the nightly bonfire on the beach is how I’ll remember Thanksgiving 2018.
