After years of California Dreamin' - the Kern family headed to the Left Coast to celebrate my 50th birth year in 2012.
Surrounded by my wife and daughter for two weeks, we had an amazing time experiencing life in Cali.

Traveling from Anaheim to Monterey on PCH-1. Exploring Monterey, 17 Mile Drive, Carmel, Santa Cruz.
Yosemite National Park: Yosemite Valley, John Muir Trail to Vernal Falls.
Drive from Yosemite to San Francisco.
San Francisco: North Beach, Alcatraz, Fisherman's Wharf, Golden Gate National Recreation Park, walked the Golden Gate Bridge, Haight-Asbury, Chinatown, and SF Giants baseball game.
Napa Valley sunrise balloon launch, wine tour of Napa (including Mondavi Winery), Oxbow Public Market.
Exploring Marin County including Muir Woods and Sausalito.
Last day: Dad and Daughter got tattoos in the Mission District in San Francisco at the Black Heart Tattoo.
