WV/VA/MD. Early rise bike trek C&O Canal Towpath (25 miles) > Shenandoah River Summer Bash (old school Riverbend locals gathering with live music, vendors, food trucks) > Sunset paddle on Potomac River (6 miles) > wine and fire pit under the Mountain stars to conclude our fabulous Saturday. Broke in my new Giant Hybrid bike with proper out-of-State paved/gravel ride! Did I mention someone in the group got a speeding ticket in WV?
